CityMesh ® requires no cellular SIM card or large radio infrastructure: each unit works as a smart repeater within the network, allowing the coverage area to expand naturally. This concept makes it much more than a simple communicator: every unit installed strengthens and extends the network.

The mesh network formed by the installed units has multiple links to the monitoring center, ensuring communication in a way never before achieved in this type of system.
Because all units are linked by radio, they create multiple available paths to ensure every alarm event reaches the monitoring center. Each new unit inherits the attributes of the mesh network and adds its own, making it stronger.
The network is therefore highly scalable.
All units can be connected to the internet via Wi‑Fi.
This creates a mesh network with redundancy and multiple internet connections. Each unit installed with internet access can support a network of up to 500 radio subscribers.
In the event of a power or internet outage, each unit automatically and intelligently chooses the optimal path to send its message through another unit with an internet connection. Mesh 3G units can also be added to the network for rural or remote installations.

In apartment buildings, a single CityMesh ® can be installed PER FLOOR, substantially reducing installation and monthly costs. Each apartment is assigned to a partition, so each subscriber has their own user account and manages only the partition assigned to their apartment.

DOMO ® is a free mesh network management platform. It is online software that requires no installation, with a Web interface that can be used from any internet-connected device. It is a technical services platform for the exclusive use of the monitoring center, with zero setup cost and zero operating cost. It is optional, free, non-blocking and robust, and can be used in the cloud or hosted on the monitoring company's own servers, giving you complete independence from third parties.

CityMesh ® is compatible with all monitoring software on the market, since its message reception options emulate a Sur-Gard MLR2 or SYSTEM III receiver. The CityMesh ® receiver is free.
